This study aimed to identify the professional development competencies of novice faculty members of public universities in Tehran. This study was a Qualitative approach and an exploratory method. The study population included all university professionals including department heads, heads of faculties, heads of planning offices, educational assistants, supervisory offices, expert professors, and novice faculty members in public universities in Tehran in 1398 and All texts related to the research topic included books, articles, and dissertations, both internal and external. Twelve academic experts were selected as the sample using the purposive sampling method and the snowball method. The study population in the resources section included 80 articles, books, and sites. 24 Persian and 34 English titles that were more thematically related to the research title were selected as the study sample. The tools of the present study included a semi-structured interview. Data analysis was performed by the content analysis method in five step.Finally, educational, research, organizational, personal, ethical, value,service, and international competencies were identified as professional development competencies of novice faculty members.The issue of maturity in universities is very important and necessary. Although there is a need to establish a regular and formal center called the Center for Growth in universities, the responsibility for growth and professional growth is primarily the individual and the belief in the need for growth is one of the most important issues in this regard.

The purpose of the present study was to develop a model of the three strategies of internationalization of selected public universities in Iran. This study is a qualitative research that has been carried out using data base theory theory. In this regard, the central phenomenon of the above study is defined as internationalization in line with the mission of state universities in the country. The statistical population of this study consisted of managers and experts of 16 selected public universities of the country including: Tehran, Shahid Beheshti, Tarbiat Modarres, Kharazmi, Amir Kabir, Sharif Sanat, Science and Technology, Allameh Tabatabai, Khajeh Nasir, Al-Zahra, Ferdowsi Mashhad, Shiraz, Isfahan, Tabriz, Isfahan Industrial and Zanjan basic sciences, and the number of participants using purposeful sampling method was 82 people. The validity and reliability of the data were investigated using two methods of participant review and expert review. Research strategies have been identified and analyzed in accordance with the three functions of the university in the fields of education, research and services, each with ten components, with 140, 75 and 120 open codes, respectively. The end result is that internationalization of public universities in the country requires proper planning and simultaneous actions in all three areas of education, research and services through sufficient attention given to the mission orientation of the above universities.

The purpose of the present study is to determine the pathology of the regulations for delegation of the curriculum authority to universities and higher education institutions. The research community is all faculty members of the Department of Educational Sciences of the Schools of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the State Universities. A sample of 81 people was selected from this population, through multi-stage cluster sampling. The research method is quantitative, descriptive, and cross-sectional survey. A researcher-made questionnaire of 61 questions was used for collecting data. Cronbach's alpha (0.92) and content validity ratio (0.71) techniques was used to determine the reliability and validity of the tools. Single sample T-test and Friedman test was used for data analysis. The findings of the study indicate that the overall status of the Code of Conduct and the executive dimension are favorable from the viewpoint of the respondents. There was a significant difference at the 0.05 level regarding the ranking of the main dimensions of executive and content of the by-laws.
